Artist Interview: Maymay Chung


MaymayChung is a collaboration between three New Zealand-born Chinese sisters trained in the different disciplines of fine arts, graphic design and architecture, they have pulled their experience from living and working respectively in Hong Kong, London, and New York, to create a range of New Zealand-made homewares, stationary for children and adults.

What inspires you? Artists, Illustrators, nature, animals, beaches, country,  friends and family

Do you have any future plans for your work, could you describe them? Clothing, linen and bags.


What do you enjoy doing when you aren't busy making your wares? cooking and eating, looking after neices and nephews and children, travel, films, family, quilting, ceramics,
